How do I RSVP and purchase a ticket to a luncheon or special event?
Providing your RSVP on line on the LBBA website (www.bcschamber.org/LBAA) is a very important part of your role in LBAA. We need to give restaurants and caterers an exact headcount for food and beverage orders so we don’t lose money trying to raise money for scholarships. When you RSVP to an event you will need to pay for the event at the same time. We do not invoice or accept money at the event. If for any very special reason you need to pay at the time of the event we can accept a credit card or check when you arrive. Please remember, we do not invoice for lunches at the event. As you can imagine, trying to invoice after the event and then track payments for something so simple results in many inefficiencies and communication errors– especially in this day and age of PayPal. If you would like to contribute to the scholarship fund please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will invoice you, make sure you get a receipt and make sure you get recognition at our events.
How to buy a LBAA Merchandise?
Shirt: Monograms and More has created the following link on their website so you can order your LBAA shirt. You can see the logo here and you can order many different shirts (or drop a shirt off for them to monogram). Monograms will process your payment directly at the time your pick out and purchase your shirt on their website shopping cart.
