Dear Chamber Members,

Our Chamber exists to enhance the economic well-being of the businesses in the communities we serve. And just as we’re here to help businesses succeed, we’re also here to help businesses become engaged in the community through several avenues. One of the most important of these avenues consists of events hosted by the Chamber.

Chamber members are given the invaluable opportunity to sponsor one of the Chamber’s many events. By being a sponsor, the business provides the Chamber of Commerce with the necessary tools to ensure the event’s success. And of course, when a business sponsors an event, other business owners, community leaders, and Brazos Valley residents will see that particular company’s name associated with the event and the continued success of the Chamber as well as the community.

Though many of our events provide an environment for enjoyable social time, they all give back to the businesses and communities we serve. Take for example our annual Crawfish Boil; after the crawfish are eaten and the tables are taken down, the Chamber of Commerce takes proceeds from the ticket sales and uses them to purchase animals at the annual Brazos County Youth Livestock Sale. This not only contributes to the success of the Brazos County Youth Livestock Sale, but also allows the youth involved to learn necessary business skills they will use throughout their lives in an area that is very important to our local economy.

Or another event, our annnual Economic Outlook Conference, is not only an outstanding networking opportunity, but it also provides critical information necessary for the business men and women in our area to successfully navigate through the year.

Keep in mind that these are only two of many, many exceptional events that the Chamber of Commerce hosts. We can guarantee that there is at least one that will fit your personal desire in regards to helping our community.
